The MHS3 Series, 3-finger grippers are optimal for gripping
spherical, cylindrical or round work pieces and loading or
unloading of work pieces from the chuck of a machine tool.
What is Gripper force analysis?
When the workpiece is firmly grasped by the gripper, the system is
statically definable. The relationship between the actuating force
is its resulting gripping force, as well as the reactional forces
at each joint of the gripping mechanism, can be determined by the
classical method of static force analysis.
