1. Product Description
The electric pneumatic regulator adjusts the cross-sectional area
of the spool according to the size of the control signal. So as to
achieve the process goals and requirements of adjusting the
pressure. The electric pneumatic regulator controls the flow rate
can be divided into two kinds. One is on-off control and the other
is continuous control. The difference between the servo valve and
other valves is that its energy loss is greater because it needs a
certain flow to maintain the work of the pre-stage control oil
circuit. One is switch control: either fully open or fully closed,
the flow is either maximum or minimum, and there is no intermediate
state, such as ordinary electromagnetic direct valve,
electromagnetic directional valve, and electro-hydraulic
directional valve. The other is continuous control: the valve port
can be opened to any opening according to the needs, thereby
controlling the size of the flow rate. This kind of valve has
manual control, such as throttle valve, and electronic control,
such as proportional valve and servo valve. . The electric
proportional valve controls the gas pressure through the electric
signal, which can realize the continuous and stepless adjustment of
the gas pressure, and can realize the remote control and program
control. It is especially suitable for the electric proportional
valve where continuous or stepless adjustment of the gas pressure
is required.
